Honda CB Shine — Unbearable rear suspension problem

Sir, I bought Honda shine from Sterling Honda pune in 2010, From starting I am facing sever problem with rear suspension. Recently 2 months back I complaint to show room & they said they made it soften but noting changed & requested to replace. Their is response is very bad & finally they replaced saying they are doing on the base of good will.
