Honda City — Complaint Against Divine Honda | |||
Dear Sir \ Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that we have had 3 instances of Tyre burst in our new Honda city car purchased from Divine Honda. During the first 2 instances we ignored taking any action due to the busy schedule but now we are concerned about our safety and the quality of tyres being provided through Divine Honda. We have tried reaching Divine Honda and they have redirected us to Goodyear. We had also logged a complain call with Goodyear on the same and the engineer who inspected the tyres simply blamed it to rash driving. I am really unhappy with the way this case is being handled for us. We were hoping that rather than playing this blame game some action would jointly by Honda and the tyre company from where they purchased these tyres. Please note we are using vehicle for more than 20+ years now and have never experienced such things before. I have tried to reach this forum hoping for some positive response and action against this scenario. For your reference please find enclosed the Vehicle number and other details: Vehicle No: UK08 AF 5386, Honda City SVX, KM Covered: 19715, Approval #36, Chassis No# BEEN004524, Engine No# N15A11120640.
