[Resolved]  Honda Civic — Why my vehicle caught on fire

First of all, I say sorry if it is not the proper platform to put my grievances.
I am a Honda Civic and Brio owner . I am using Honda brand since 7-8 yrs.
My two and half year old Honda civic was parked at parking place on 22nd January 2014.
After half an hour there was a big fire in my front part of the vehicle ( I can send you the video).
We doused the fire with water in panic and there was fire fighters who doused the fire completely ( I can send you the photograph if you want).
I called the local dealer and I was shocked that, dealer didn’t call me regarding whether I am safe or not.
They simply sent a pick up van to tow my vehicle.
Now even after 17 days they are not sure, what was the reason of the fire. They are simply telling me that, as my vehicle was insured, they will call the surveyor and repair the loss.
My question is : Why my vehicle caught fire?
I put this question to Indian head office, but they still didn’t answer my question.
How can I take this vehicle back...It was a great shock to me that brand like Honda caught fire. It was providential escape for me, God knows, what would have happened if I was driving the vehicle.
It is a matter of trust, If this thing happens to Honda...God only know what will happen to other brands.
I am not interested any more to this vehicle ( as I feel it may land into some other problem any day)
The purpose of writing you this letter is:
•    Local dealer is delaying the matter in explaining me, ” why this vehicle caught fire”
•    I want a forensic examination of this vehicle to know the facts.
•    I am not interested to get compensated, but clearly want to know the reason, because my wife drives another Honda brand “ Brio”
•    As I am not getting the proper reply from Honda India, I may go to court of law to settle the matter .
•    As it is a fault of the vehicle ( because prima facie Engineer of Honda Local dealer tell me that fire didn’t start from below, but it started from with-in) Honda should own the responsibility.
I hope you may listen to my grievance . I paid for a good brand and it caught fire.
Someone should answer me and give a proper reply.
