Honda — Customer care misbehaviour | |
Sir, i am shamnad masood owner of honda city reg no KL 16 P 954.i have complaint against the people working Muthoot Honda, kollam service center. I already orderd some spare parts Worth of 40000Rs. Today morning i went there to replace this spares. I reached in front office almost 10.30am. And i am asking to a staff stayed there without any hurry. But he behaved like we were beggars asking coin.after that we wait more than an hour. Nobody ask anything. This incident is make me very sad about your customer care. So you should take a serious action against this to improve your customer satisfaction. Otherwise i will go to public through social media platform. Shamnad Was this information helpful? | |
