Honda Dio — Vehicles' mileage is very low.

Sir, i have purchased Honda Dio on 10/12/2014 from EVM automobiles, Vyttila. You guys have promised that the customers will get 60 kmpl mileage. Thats the main factor which attracted me to buy this vehicle. But my Vehicles' mileage is very low. I complaint it to EVM automobiles, after first service. They refused to give an exact reply. They said that Dio will give upto 50kmpl, not 60kmpl (as promised in advts). But I am getting only 27 kmpl mileage. So what should i do now ? My friends are saying that, I should have opted for Yamaha Ray or something, as their mileage promises are comparitively low, but not fake. Whats the possible way to overcome this ? My parents demanded me to ask for a Cash Back from Dio Dealers... or is there any option for Vechicle Replacement ? Hope you will reply me to keep your good name intact... thanking you... Vipin Joseph
