This is with reference to a vehicle I purchased from an authorized HONDA dealership, namely Courtesy Honda, Okhla, New Delhi in October 2024, vehicle no. DL 3C DB 5921.
In the last 10 months my vehicle has been sent to the authorized service center twice for the scheduled services, and multiple times apart from that regarding complaints in the fuel sensor, vehicle pickup and an engine oil leakage (STR NO. ATTACHED). Even after multiple visits to the authorized service center, the issue of the engine oil leakage has not been resolved, the average of the vehicle has not improved and the driving experience of the vehicle is gradually deteriorating.
Courtesy Honda has not at all been supportive or cooperative with our complaints and we are expected to go and wait for hours every time just to log in a complaint.
We request you to look into this matter urgently since a vehicle is not a low cost product and we still have a lot of time left to use the vehicle, we cannot get by with the same driving experience and average for the next 10-15 years. Was this information helpful? |
