Honda — Formal Complaint: Professional Misconduct and Delayed Delivery - Tracking ID [protected]

Dear Shree Maruti Courier Team,

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by your Greater Noida branch.

The behavior of your delivery personnel and the delivery in-charge at this location is consistently unprofessional and argumentative. Furthermore, timely delivery of material is never maintained.

Recently, I had two shipments booked under the following Tracking IDs:

[protected] (Delivered on Dec 3rd)

[protected] (Still Pending)

I fail to understand why one shipment was delivered two weeks ago while the other, booked at the same time, remains pending. Please provide a clear explanation for this discrepancy and update me on the current status of the pending shipment immediately.

Please note that if you cannot ensure professional behavior and timely deliveries, we will be forced to stop using your courier services for all future shipments.

I expect a prompt response and immediate delivery of my pending shipment.
