This is my 3rd complaint regarding the same subject the complaint is on HONDA Innovative. I have purchased 4 No of Honda POWERWASH 1200W High-Pressure Washer 501-7630L SKU: 00002 from the above Website. Mr. Aditya, SM of the company called me and said to make the payment and give me a Discount for the purchase and promised to deliver the products within 7 days. As he said I transferred the said amount of Rs. 13498/-. Till today I have not received products and the order shows Paid and shipped. After calling Mr. Aditya he said " I will share the tracking of the shipment. Then after he is not receiving my calls and I can't contact the team in any way now that it will not support. By knowing the brand name is HONDA, I purchased it and paid for it. But now I am thinking that it is a fake website and brand.
