Honda — Lot of problems I am facing in my car | |||
Hello, I am V.Vasu, I bought a Honda Amaze on january 2020, vehicle number (TN 02 BR 9583), contact number: [protected] I left my car for the first service in February, after the first service, within 10 days my car AC went through a failure, there was no cooling from the AC, i took the service centre, and they filled some gas into it. And I didn't take the car anywhere due to a lockdown but I regularly turned on the engine and ran for 10-15 minutes. And after lockdown i took the car and travelled around 200 kms 3-4 times, i couldn't feel the full power from the AC, i left like that because i was busy with my business, And i left my car for the 2nd service i addressed the same problem, they didnt care anything about it, and i addressed the same problem in the 3rd service, again they didnt care anything, after 3rd service within one week my cars AC went again failure, there was no a bit of cooling from the AC. And this time I took the service centre, they told me that the cooling coil in the car was gone, so we will replace it with the new one, because your car is still in warranty. And they told us that we will change the fuel pump in every car after one year for free, they told us that we will change that too, and I told them ok. And within 3 days i went to a petrol bunk to refill the fuel, the petrol bunk basic cleaning team told me to open the bonnet of the car, they checked and told that there was no bit of coolant oil was in the car, i got fed up with that i just left service 3days back, how can the service centre deliver the car without checking the coolant oil, what if my car got fire on the way, what kind of service is this? And on this month (may 2021), i took my car for a ride of 400kms up and down, while going there was no problem, when i came near my home, i was about 3 kms away from my home waiting in a traffic signal, the car turned off suddenly and it didn't turned on i pushed the car aside, and called the road assistance they told that from tomorrow there is lockdown, we will tow your car to the service centre, and after the lockdown only the service centre will be opened. So I managed to keep the car aside for 1 hour and tried another tow team to tow the car to my house, what if my car stopped in the middle of the road while we are travelling. But luckily i tried to turned on the car it turned on, And i took the car to the home, and in the lockdown i regularly turned on the car there was no problem, And on[protected] i took the car for an medical emergency for 10kms from my home, it went till they location where we are about to reach, i parked the car, and took it after 30 minutes, the car didn't turned on, i was fed up in that, i went for an medical emergency at this time i am facing this kind of problems, i kept the car a side and booked a taxi and came home, i gave the car key to my nephew, he is an Manager in Mahindra cars, He checked and the there is no fuel supply to the engine, the fuel pump has gone. I was seriously very much fed up with the service centre team, how can they be so cool without caring about anything, i am going to make it a serious issue. Within 1 year I am facing this kind of 2 big problems in the car, and if the years pass on what kind of problems i am going to face, is the honda cares about it.
