Hi, I would like to bring to your notice as I am not happy with the services provided by Honda Services centres. I have went to the service centre 5 times before writing this mail. They are unable to understand the problem or rectify it. I have serviced my bike 2 months back when the brake shoe was replaced, the brakes are not working properly after that. I have went to the service centre but all the the efforts made by them and all the time wasted by me went in vain. Recently I have survived 3 major road accidents. I want to understand whether Honda will rectify the brakes or the braking system after my death or I have to SUE you in court for your faulty services and mechanicals. Below mentioned is the required details of the motorcycle and service centre for your action : 1. Honda Seller : Absolute Honda 2. Honda service centre : Absolute Honda 3. Bought on : 27/01/2014 Request you to look into the matter on urgent basis failing which will force me to take necessary action against the Dealer and the Honda.
