Honda — Service complaints | |||||
After I paid for change of parts for breaks such as disk, pad etc.. break work is not properly done. I been using this vehicle for so many years I never got a complaint on this regard after I change these parts. But after service also I sent them back 2 times but Iâm not getting good response from the capital service people and managing admin people too. They r not picking up the call after I spoke to them 1st. They never called me back as well.. And they didnât change the advisor also for the complainant work event after I request.. Chosen Honda city just for breaking so safety is very much priority compare to Hyundai but the way they treat CUSTOMER and responding in capital Honda is ###.. The worst managers as well. My advisor name is Ilayaraja he s not a worthy guy. Who said never done a road test after the change of break disk and everything.. And gave me this is the reason for my first complaint in this service regards.. So imagine these guys.. Honda is well known for CUSTOMER care and feedback and trustworthy brand according to me but ur control over car Services r absent in My opinion and very disappointing response over communications also.. I need a justification for my paid service and u need to gain my Satisfaction on these regards.. and waiting fir ur response and u need to prove ur actions against this admin people whoever responsible for CUSTOMER relationship manager in capital Honda near chennai airport branch. I have attached the call details so that u can understand how mANY TIME she didnât responded my calls and he never tried to call me back.. shame for your CUSTOMER relationship manager who didnât understand the responsibility to the CUSTOMER. They really dnt know what to respond for this issue. So they told that they will be calling me back on next day basically.
And Im waiting for that call/response from the service team and from Honda management.
Initially after this complaint Honda have contacted and try to communicate between me and service people but after one call they didn't follow up with this issue. So my concern is that they will be in touch with me till they resolve this issue or they'll call just for once for the sake of this complaint.
And I just want to know Honda they r unofficially bringing down the quality and performance for braking disk & pad..? or its a mistake of the capital Honda service..? Whats should be the understanding..?
This is serious issue braking problem if I have met with any accident or something u people all will be responsible. I just bought city because of the breaking performance.
I thoroughly disappointed with your vehicle service, responsibility and with your commitments.
And I expect the refund for this issue. So that I can proceed with the different service station like Olympia Honda. I already spent my time and money multiple times for this same issue and I dot want to persist this issue or continue with your company service anymore. just need a solution!
