Honda — Service from Olympia Honda Ambattur Industrial Estate Chennai

My car Honda Jazz TN 13 J 1767 was given for service on 14th Nov to Olympia Honda in Ambattur Industrial Estate. They were told to change the electric window module. They returned the car after 2 days saying they do not have stock. They then called later and said that they can replace this on 24th and asked the car to be given. An appointment was made for picking up the car. The driver showed up at 11.30 and picked up the car. I did not receive the car in the evening. When I called to day they said the car was given to the service person in the evening, yesterday and will be made ready today. Then the service person called and said it will cost me rs.6000/- odd. I agreed. I am told this job will take about 40 minutes. Why they need 2 days after following up vigorously to take the car for service. This is not the first time this company Olympia is defaulting. They do this every time. They do not store the location in their system. they call everytime to find out where to pick up. If we tell them it is the same place they picked up last time they do not know. Also to deliver after service they ask for location. This seems totally irresponsible considering they have a computer where this data can be stored. You are a Japanese Organization. You have systems. Please teach some systems to your dealers and service outfits.
