[Resolved] Honda — Unnecessary delay in delivery of honda city | |||
I have booked the new honda city with "deep honda, bathinda, punjab" on 30th december 2013 and paid an advance of rs.51000.00 as booking amount prior to the launch of the car vide booking no. 0026 and d-lit id 1-[protected], the proof of the smae is attached herewith. They told me to give the delivery by end of january 2014. Now they are not properly responding to my calls. Everytime they give me new excuse. They are unnecessary delaying the delivery and telling me to wait for 3-4 months but no exact delivery date yet. Clearly there is lack of transparency in the system. I believe that they are indulging in unfair trade practices by selling car to those who had booked after me by taking some extra consideration.
