I am having this frequent issues about the internet as I'm working from home it is very hard to rely on your internet service. My speed is of 40 mbps plan and I'm getting the speed of around 2 mbps, and that to gets disconnects in between.

      My net plan due date is 24 may 2021... Before due date ur customer care call me for net plan expired on 24 may 2021 and tell me to recharge my monthely net plan ..I m recharge my monthely plan on 21 may 2021 three days before due date ( expired my monthly plan) using google pay and send that screenshot to [protected]@hns.net.in ur email id ... But till 25 may 2021 on 7.30pm ur employee not start my net plan that expired last day ... Horrible

                On 11th April night and on 12th april'2021 no internet service.
                Since 13th is holiday nobody is answering the calls or attending our complaints.
                We tried calling venkatesh he responded rudely saying it's his holiday and we dare not call him.
                We messaged dinesh but he too didn't respond to resolve.
                Ur technician khalil promised to send an executive who was on field, but he too didn't turn up.
                Are we paying u guys for switching off the internet?
                Either resolve this asap or get away with multiple customers from our society

                        Internet is not working since yesterday (Saturday, Feb 20th 2021). It is every weekend story. Tried multiple times to raise complaint but only response received as "transferring your call to customer care service representative". Can you please fix it ASAP?

                          I have recharged my account for wifi yesterday evening. After that the wifi is connected but it's showing no internet. To resolve this issue I tried to reach the customer care services, after 1.5hr I was able to reach them somehow. They gave me a number to contact through whatsapp. I tired to reach them since yesterday. There is no response from customer care. It has been more than 24hrs wifi is not available. It is very difficult to manage as now we all are working from home. In this situation honesty net solution customer care is not reachable more than 24hrs. Worst Services ever.

                            It has been almost 20 hours I have been disconnected from my services. It got restored for half an hour once and disconnected again. Please let me know about the estimated time for the service restore if any major issue is going on as it is hampering my work. Thanks!

                                    Last from three months your service is very bad. Frequently internet connection not accessible. So many times I had complained. Yesterday at 4 p.m given complaint 7 p m resolved. Today from afternoon is same problem. Internet was not available. Why this type of harrassment giving to us. Please find final solution for regularise and give stability in internet connection.
