My network was not available from last 4days also i visited our office yesterday.
So requesting you to please resolve my problem on argent bases.

My wifi is not working since yesterday

There is no internet services since last 2 hours in airoli sector 20b area. Tried calling your website numbers but did not help reaching out to someone. This has been ongoing issue for last 2-3days. Considering rain fall issues, i just need an etr as i have work from home in night shifts which is highly affected due to this....

My wifi network is not working they before yesterday also same issue today also same issue why can’t we stop doing this i need to work from home atleast in these situation i need help please fix the wifi connection

Poor service, 10 days no internet, after 10 days they said in a terrace cable is broken and 500 rs charge for new cable. I had loss 10 days i am said 500 will paid tomorrow in a office then immediate after 5 min. Disconnected even i paid monthly fees and loss my 10 days. I am asking where is broken wire, service man said so many parts of broken so i could not show.
1. 10 days could not carry forward. It means loss of my 10 days paid fees.
2. Cable broken demand 500 rs immediate after 10 days.
3. After 10 days serviceman put new cable but now shown old cable.
4.net is now connected. Then demanded 500 rs immediate for cable without receipt.
5. I am told my mothly fees already paid. Tomorrow in a office i am giving 500rs for cable charge. Service man or engineer said instant now i am disconnected even u paid monthly fees. Poor poor poor. My 10 days loss is not matter. My mothly fess paid is not matter.

I am trying to recharge the wifi since morning but after login i am not able to see the recharge option.

This is regarding above mentioned issue. Internet connection is not available since saturday 5th june and every saturday as well as on sunday internet is not available.
I request you to check the issue and try to resolve it as soon as possible because my work totally depends on internet connectivity.

I am calling the internet provider for the last 2 day, however no one is picking up the call

This is regarding above mentioned issue. Internet connection is not available since saturday 16th may and every sunday internet is not available from 11am to 7 pm.
I totally understand that due to lockdown no one can personally come here and solve this issue. But atleast do reply.
I request you to please check the issue and try to resolve it as soon as possible because my work totally depends on internet connectivity.

I m not getting option to renew my internet online. It is urgent for my office work.

I have issue off my router connector
Last 2month net provider not visiting to solve this problem giving the lockdown resion & lockdown is continuey extending so how can I use my net connection

Not getting internet connection and work is depend upon connection

Every Saturday and Sunday internet wont work, When we cant even call and complaint bcz office is closed.
Monday it will work fine again. without doing anything

Hi, everyday during 4 pm, the WiFi is not working. Support staff doesn't answer calls. Plz look into the matter.

My internet connection shows NO INTERNET from yesterday. Please do something i have my office work to do.

This is one of the worst internet service provider I have seen. No one picks up call, if you call them regularly they will switch off their phone. Even this office doesn't have any landline number to call. Please don't cheat your customers.

Not responding to any call whatsapp complaint or online complaint... Closed down all complaint without even contacted to me... They have wasted almost 10-15 days per month.. When i personally visit the office they always point out other person. Don't pick call. I have attached my call register.. Showing almost 12-15 call continually. But not single responded. And while visit tells to complaint on online portal. That too having serious issues like went unsloved. I have attached screenshot of online complaint

Very very disappointed from last couple of months... My work is totally depend from home. Without internet connection i really can't do it anything. Income getting stuck because no one is taking responsibility of resolve the issue in my area. This company has one of the poor management system i have ever seen.

I don't know where should i go for the complaint of honesty because such a careless people and management as they have it.

So there's no point to discuss with them same again and again.

I decided to change my isp that set...

With due respect, i am writing this letter to inform you that the internet connection is down from the last few months. I have made several calls on your number but no one is able to solved problem always i get a answer that fiber is cut we are working on it. As you know we are into clinic and most of our work is done online and for that, i need a proper internet connection throughout the day. This is not a professional way to run a business. (2 weeks back your person came he repaired n the other second day again it started giving same problem). Your person prathamesh sent your tech he did job very well but i think he resigned n now that samarth toh never picks a call n even nandu do same i called evrytime even from powai i had visited to your ofc thrice but your customer care never reach evn by 11.30 my work is suffering a lot
You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time and still, i have to face such issues. It would be highly appreciated if you respond you my complaint as soon as possible else give me refund this is now high time.
Do one thing dont repaired it just give me refund so could able to go for other better internet connection.

First of all u guys don't pick up the calls, u don't even bother customer may having issues with the Internet, we don't call you bcoz we have free jio services. Value customers time and money. We pay you for the complete 30 days plan +GST, so now your net isn't working for about more than 4 days.. Will you refund our money? Bcoz when the plan expires the next minute after 12 o'clock it disconnects.. We understand there might be issues with your server but learn a basic service to receive the calls of the customers. We don't only use your services to play pubg and WhatsApp/insta, we have work dependent on your net. Will you be able to repay our loss for this disgusting 4 days? And this is not the first time, it happens 2-3 days a month.. Just improve your services and refund our hard earned money.
