Sir, my phones camera is not responding from the first day i unboxed the phone. Ordered my phone on 28th oct, 2015 and recieved the phone on 31st oct, 2015. But i hd unboxed the phone on 8thnov coz i hd orderd the phone on my relative's residence. On 8th nov i got the phn n 2 my dissapointment the camera didn't responded-"camera error-couln't connect to camera".
Sir, already i hv contacted you through my email [protected]@gmail.com regarding my issue related to meizu m2 4g (Grey), having facing the problem of camera n software issues.
As per your suggestion i had given my phone to my nearest service centre{rvs-018 gourisaraielectronics}. (Please do find my attachment of the service centre record)
Exactly after 1mnth my phone was repaired n the serviceperson called n informed me that my phone is ready, n could anytime come n take d phone. N n n to my surprize today (2nd march, 2016) when i went to take my phone i learned that my phone‘s camera still not responding.
Hongkong Excellence Technology India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
