Regarding my phone

Sir, my phones camera is not responding from the first day i unboxed the phone. Ordered my phone on 28th oct, 2015 and recieved the phone on 31st oct, 2015. But i hd unboxed the phone on 8thnov coz i hd orderd the phone on my relative's residence. On 8th nov i got the phn n 2 my dissapointment the camera didn't responded-"camera error-couln't connect to camera".

but customer told not receive this courier.

Chennai and bangalore courier office not attend the call.
