Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation [HSBC] — Not happy with the responses

I am using HSBC credit card since July 2015. Igot the wrong bill statement on Oct 2015. I immediately wrote them back to check the same and mentioned that the disputed amount will not pay till i got the clarification. I will not pay any late fee if delay occur due to Bank. I didn't get any response. I paid the undisputed amount on 3rd nov 2015 before due date i.e. 6th Nov 2015 but didn't get any acknowledgement. Now i got the bill summary of month nov where the mentioned the late fee charge by saying that they received the money on 7th Nov 2015. If i paid them through net banking 3 days before due date than how didn't they get the amount? They charged the fees for finance charges of current statement and previous statement. Why do i need to pay the financial charge for current month? And for previous month (Oct 2015) i already mentioned that i will not pay any disputed amount. They did not investigate properly and did not send me the receipt of bill and address of the merchant. And now since 8th Dec 2015 they did not respond. I didn't get any acknowledgement/message for the payment of bill which i paid on 18 and 19 Nov 2015 I want the resolution of my problem.
