I am using HSBC credit card since July 2015. Igot the wrong bill statement on Oct 2015. I immediately wrote them back to check the same and mentioned that the disputed amount will not pay till i got the clarification. I will not pay any late fee if delay occur due to Bank. I didn't get any response. I paid the undisputed amount on 3rd nov 2015 before due date i.e. 6th Nov 2015 but didn't get any acknowledgement. Now i got the bill summary...

I was using HSBC credit card No.[protected] till 2010 due to some financial crisis I was not able to pay the outstanding amount and settle the credit card bill for 32000 in 2010.But still I have not received my NOC from the Company.
