Hi, i have placed an order on 20th may 2019, and i was supposed to get the delivery on 24th. When i visited the app on 24th may the order status is showing as already been delivery on 22nd of the may but i dint receive any order from fedex as mentioned in the order. I really disappointed with my first order that i placed through hopscotch mobile app. I need immediate response and action to take on this issue. Please find the below details for your reference. I want to return my products ... but unable to return.. pls ask customer Care assistant to call me..I have tired 100 times to giving return request but there is no option of return in order coloum which I press... pls do something..
