Horlicks India — Expired Horlicks Classic malt | |||
Hi Team, My father, B Vaman Pai is a retailer, owner of Balaji Traders shop. We purchased Horlicks Classic Malt 500grams product. However, it was not sold out and 2 packets (500gram each) has been expired. We requested the Arun Agency ( Agency which deliver the product to us) to take the product back and refund the money however, they declined to take the expired product. Could you please look in to this and help us to return the expired product? Please note that we have already raised this issue by contacting to your toll free number and it was promised from your end to contact us back within 2 days. However, no one contacted us till now. We again contacted to toll free number twice and again they told us the same. Even I have raised the complaint through email but no response. Please look in to this issue as soon as possible.
