      Horlicks distributor from Jharsuguda, Odisha is not supplying horlicks to our shop, every time they make excuses such as no one available to deliver the product..

        Hi Team,

        My father, B Vaman Pai is a retailer, owner of Balaji Traders shop. We purchased Horlicks Classic Malt 500grams product. However, it was not sold out and 2 packets (500gram each) has been expired. We requested the Arun Agency ( Agency which deliver the product to us) to take the product back and refund the money however, they declined to take the expired product. Could you please look in to this and help us to return the expired product?

        Please note that we have already raised this issue by contacting to your toll free number and it was promised from your end to contact us back within 2 days. However, no one contacted us till now. We again contacted to toll free number twice and again they told us the same. Even I have raised the complaint through email but no response.

        Please look in to this issue as soon as possible.

          I have purchased horlicks regular last week, it tastes different like no fragrance, no taste and color is also brown and some hard substances are there. Previously my child was liking horlicks but this time she is not liking that and she too tells this is not horlicks. What kind of cheating and fraud you are doing to the consumers, this is not spared

                    I have a few complaints about Distruster in vishkapatanam.

                    1.His staff so rude if are in the shop they don't wait to hand over the stock.

                    2. They talk very loud

                    3.they don't follow any covid procedures.

                    4.Distributors never take damage or expiry one time I call him about expiry he said call company. Don't call me he said like that he is soo rude and he only cash business. No credit

                        I am Mohammed Modassir from Nawada district of Bihar .
                        I bought a Horlick pack of 500g from a supermarket nearby my residence.
                        After opening that pack to take it with milk, the Horlick didnt give Original Taste and it seem to look dusty.

                        So i inform the manager of the same supermarket to take action regarding this.
                        They suggested me to register a complain then return the product
                        which i paid at supermarket.

                        I want my compensation i.e the cost of the pack.

                            We had bought horlicks super family pack two dats before. Yesterday evening while we were trying to prepare horlicks, unfortunately we Found worms in the prepared drink. And the left horlicks powder in the pack where also found with worms.

                              Recently i have purchased Junior horlicks of 500gm of Horlicks brand. The price for 500gm junior horlicks is Rs.209 (without any offers). The same junior horlicks and same quantity paked in cartoon box is Rs.273 & in plastic container is Rs.288. My complaint is how the price difference between plastic packet and cartoon box is Rs.64 for same product, type & quantity. And together is sold in a market. This needs serious action on the company as they are illegally declaring the MRP on their product. I have proof on that and i can submit if legal action taken on this company.

                                Please produce horlicks free from artificial sweetener and sugar. It will help people with diabetes, hypothyroidism and children. Sugar is bad for many reasons such as weight gain, blood sugar, bp, hypothyroidism, cancer risk and get hyper in mental diseases. Bad for children in overconsumption. Artificial sweetener is equally bad as it has got side effects and in children. I will be very thankful if you produce such product as my family has a problem of diabetes and hypothyroidism. It is just a feedback from my side.
