I bought Horlicks classic malt from a super market in Madhanandapuram Porur Chennai. I am using Horlicks from my childhood.
But this time I have an unpleasant experience.
The horlicks smells like cockroach or some chemical smell.
I have attached the barcode.

Kindly check, whether this product is a duplicate product or production from your company itself.

If it is from your company, kindly check where the things go wrong.

    Unwanted and forced the public to call us our marketing company number. they forcely told people its send you one otp and give me.So, to advertise Horlicks product to people

        Horlicks is one of our favourite drink.

        But of late (since 2 of our purchases) of WOMEN'S HORLICKS, We are finding a thick sediment, which is not an undissolved portion of horlicks.

        This sediment is observed to be tasteless and looks like a paste.

        Pl. Look into the same.

        Expecting an improved products..

              We are running medical and general in chennai.
              Last week customer bought horlicks diabetic plus from our shop. She is 65 years old, she took 4-5 times then she return our shop asking us is that product bitter taste i used 4-5 times.then we check the product it is too much bitter taste. We reutrn it to the supplier.but they didt accept., They told us to complait...

              I found a thread piece in the packet

                Some random women wearing a uniform with horlicks tag in it asked my phone urgently to make a call., Initially i thought it was some emergency for her and so I gave my phone. She then gave a missed call to this number ([protected]) and then took the coupon code that generated in my phone. As of now nothing happened but now im worrying about if that could be of any scam or fraudulent act. So please help me.,

                  Some people are wearing Horlicks brand Tag and ask to dial a number for getting a OTP and later she noted the OTP number.I don't know Why They need it .So kindly check the process for what purpose they are asking that.kindly resolve my query

                      Just openned the biscuit pack found black burnt spots on the back to biscuits.not fit for consumption. This is not acceptable from horlicks.

                          20g of Horlicks packet is of five rupees but why 200 g of Horlicks is selling for 118 rupees. Reasonably 200g of Horlicks bottle should be of 50 rupees. Isn't this a wrong business? They are taking 68 rupees just for 1 bottle and fooling the customers..pls don't buy the product from this cheating compy.

                            We had purchased Junior Horlicks Half Kg bottle on[protected] for my 2 years baby, we use this product last one year but today we found a human Error on this bottle (human hair), when my baby starting to eat this he affected stomach upset and pain, how is this irresponsible errors happens, because this product only for children's they don't know whether this is right or wrong, we the parents choose this product for children's growth and vitamin drinks but this type of mistakes was disappointed on your products, please don't try to play children's health

                            Please see this mistakes never happens here after, and do something favour (composition) for this errors

                              I have purchased horlicks today, it tastes different like no fragrance, no taste and color is also brown and some hard substances are there.The product I bought today in horlicks box is not horlicks. What kind of cheating and fraud you are doing to the consumers, I am facing same issue again and again. And i guess many other people too, Its children consuming product I don't know as in what quality is being sold but its the Fundamental duty...
