I stay in a pg in chennai. Government have ordered not collect rent for this month.
Even during this crisis, (Corona) my pg owner asking us to pay full amount for april. 6000rs.
When we approached him through calls. He said either pay or to vacate. Please take action on this pg. They are behaving without humanity.in all other pgs, half the amount is paid reducing amount for food. When asked for advance they are not Giving back our advance which was paid initially.
They are not ready to give even at this pandemic times..
If we ask for our advance they do their own calculation and dont refund at anycost..
