I am staying in sri nilaya pg, madhapur which is besides sri venkateshwara arts college, image hospitals road.
I have joined the pg on 7th of feb 2018 and i have informed the owner named sumathi that i might get a seat in mba college and might vacate the pg, clearly mentioned her that the results are not yet out but just giving you an intimation.
We had a discussion on 25th of may.
I got a call from this lady on 30th of may asking me to vacate the pg on 1st of june 2018 as she allocated my bed to someone else.. I spoke to her saying my date was till 7th and also at the same time i got my college results and the joining date is 18th of june so i will be paying on daily basis and stay till 15th.
She didn't accept my proposal and in return shouted on me.
I just asked her how can you allocate my bed to someone without informing me.. She mentioned its there pg and they can do whatever and they want.
I explained her my situation... I got an admission so will be having hectic work in office also.. I need to go to bank for applying loan and other stuff so it would be difficult to vacate hostel just for 7 more days that too when my advance was with you... And it would be difficult to search pg, pack and then unpack just for 7 days. She was not listening and made to speak to her husband as well who joined her in arguing and finally said they will return my advance and asked me to vacate on 7th of june.
I only have 2 issues now.
When i didn't mention that i am sure of vacating then she should at-least call me when she is allocating my bed to someone.. But she didn't..
My second thing is.. I am paying her money.. Not just staying here for free.. So she don't have a right to shout on me..
In all the things going on my mind about office work.. Loan matter.. College start date is approaching and all this incident made me sob and when my roommates asked i explained them in detail.
They also mentioned that there are many such incidents going on in this pg.
Please take necessary actions so that they won't repeat this again.

We have been staying here since last 8 months and we had very worst experience in food, security and the behaviour of workers (Men workers only no lady workers are there to take care). We have seen people from outside especially guys coming inside and watching tv taking food from mess and all. When we raised a complaint to the owner the response was very strange and was shouting over the call. Hereby attaching the photographs.

I had been staying in this hostel for five months. This is my fifth month. I have been trying to move from the hostel due to many reasons like
(I) lack of cleanliness
(Ii) lack of provisions. There is one toilet for two, six people sharing room.
(Iii) mental torture.
The people residing are both students and working females. Most of them are part time workers and middle class. The hostel is run by a guy named sachin and his wife renya. Renya's mother cooks food for the people residing. I had entered the hostel for 5 months. The same month that i leave, five other girls are leaving due to their own personal issues with the hostel. I am being insulted in every way possible and when i go for a complaint, every argument raised are turned into a fun and a problem from my own side. I respect the age of the mother and i haven't spoken to her with raised voice. But she keeps on finding reasons to hurt one's feelings in every way possible. I have tried talking to sachin and renya. They do not support us and the old mother too. They keep on saying some highly irrelevant things when asked and turn some things that i say to something else. This is a paying guest facility. Not a hostel. I wonder how and why there is institutions like these in the city center of kochi. Some of the instances are-
"we are renting out the hostel to poor people (Term used - alavalaathi) again, we need standard people." - since most of the girls are from middle class family.
"you talk as if you are of age 1, your brain is damaged (Term used - manthabudhi), and you doesnt even know what is around you"
- when i asked what the curry prepared was.
I said i wanted to leave the hostel before the scheduled date and asked to show me the agreement written when i was joined previously. Then said - they dont want to do that. I was surprised. Thats the document over which both them and me has the right.
The mental torture is unbearable. The problem is that there isnt enough space to sit and cry in here even if you hear something.

1. No bill after paying hostel fees.
2. No cc camera in hostel.
3. Harch and rude behaviour if we ask anything we need.
☆ only one light for room. There is a pillar in between room. So np focus of light comes. If we ask to keep another bulb. They will not give and talks harsh. And makes to adjust like that readding in dim light as olden days.
4. If person is unstable to eat little food after eating much he need to throw in dustbin lack of many reasons. Hostel management lady will abuse and scold that person to dont keep more food in plate. How is that possible.
5.in room. The items which are kept in shelf. If hostel warden thinks its waste. She just throws in dustbin without permission.
6. They will talk smooth with working people and harsh with people who were going for coaching.
7. If bed is not comfortable. We can shift bed from vacant bed as the bed is compressed for using from long time.
They kept a rule no bed should be exchanged under any circumstances, if person gets back pain from stating for joining due to bed., is this a rule
8. Hostel female owner will use high level language like ur wife. Mother. Father. And blames. And uses critic words when all people are there in hostel. And insults in front of all.
9. Does this hostel have lisence???
10. And uses critical bad words on cleaning staff. Related to mother.
11. They say they provude mineral water. But background. Municipal water runs. Which are making many health issues. (Informed but no responce)

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people in my hostel we are not able to go outside the room. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

Workers make our dough with the bathroom water because the R.O is not working. The water inside r.o is green. Mess worker herself told me that they make dough with the water that they use for washing dishes. To be precise, bathroom water.
Even the chicken is not properly washed and it stinks safe to assume that it is rotten. Administration is sleeping, I have been in this University for the past five years and nothing has changed, being my last semester in this college I have finally gathered some courage to write this to you,

Hii, complaints abt the hostel food in stanley medical ug & pg women's hostel. Our hostel mess is run by contractor and it is not a student mess. The hostél food quality nowadays becoming so poor... Taste & nutrition quality is bad. No healthy vegetables despite the hike in mess food amount. It is concerning that they use adulterated products or they r adulterating the food. The behaviour of contract people is too rude if we ask them for good food & they refuse to provide us healthy food... Some o[censored]s getting food poisoning / gastroenteritis after consuming hostel food. I request u to please accept this complain and take action against the mess contractor.

We are btech, mba students staying in csr/myfamily boys hostel (Located in langourhouse, babu nagar near ntr statue, medhipatnam, hyderabad). Food is poor quality, no cleanliness, rude behavior and this hostel don't got permission from local officials and police department. If we ask for change in food they are literally sending students from hostel by forcing and not paying any extra amount.

water is never avaliable
you have to get ur own water from out side to drink
managements talks very ruidely
if you dont pay money they will lock you in room (which was done to me)
they will let you go only if you pay money inspice your advance amounts are with him,
they have man handeled me, for asking about why they are charging more and details.
they will include tax but never pay it to government.

PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON SUCH PG OR HOSTELS THEY ARE SERIOUS BAD.
BEATING AND LOCKING PEOPLE IN PG IS NOT GOOD, :(
THERE ARE POLICE AND LAW TO ACT BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY BAD.
THEY ALSO MAINTAIN FAST FOOD CENTERS OUT SIDE ILLEGALLY WITH WRONG DOCUMENTATION AND TAXES

PLEASE CAN SOME ONE TAKE ACTION ON THEM.

Unhygienic drinking water filter not serviced periodically and lizards and insects die in that filter
Food is so worst that every now and then we have to meet doctor for stomach infection problem
Also guards behavior towards students is harrsement
Never keep the promise for maintenance of gym
Not good machine for exercises
They had promised about ambulance facility but not provided
Even campus doctor in hostel even doctor not available
So please look into the matter
So other people might not face such problems..

No water facility for drinking as well as for bathing. No food for eating some days they are telling food over. We are paying so much but they are not providing anything and charging lot of money. Pls hostels like this should not get licence to run it as it is effecting public at large not only chennai people but mainly out station people.when I asked u are taking full fee and not providing water he responded and replied very harshly and curt the phone.it is not the way to respond with a girl.

I want to file complain against owner of our hostel Mr. sunil jain food quality of hostel is very bad and there is no proper hygiene in mass kitchen. capacity of hostel is 64 person but they cook for 300-400 student at a time that's why quality is degrade day by day. And they promise to cook for 64 person at a time.dal was like double water in it.

Hi, Am staying in thangam ladies hostel.. it's is located in kodambakkam, chennai. Here more than 100 girls are staying., they are not giving receipt when we gave rent., here u was staying 2 years ., I was not even received a receipt for single month., and food also worst.., the building is own property of my warden.., kindly take action., and please check whether they are maintaining proper ledger books and filing returns., they are charging 3500 to 7000 as a rent.. it's depends on rooms and sharing., kindly do the needful..,

I am staying in JMJ women's hostel, vadapalani.Monthly charge is 3700.But they are not providing average food atleast . Whenever inmates complaining about the food, hostel owner saying us to leave the hostel.Besides the food problem we dont have a warden.We need to call the owner whenever we have any needs.Very bad rooms in an old building is the hostel.Actually that are not rooms, screens used to separate the halls.We do not getting any receipts for the payments.The hostel owner is the worst person who does not have a basic culture

Am staying in a hostel. Too much of rent 4000Rs/- But they didnt provide proper food... We are paying 10Rs per unit for Electricity bill(600Rs/- per month for three Persol).. If we complained with the owner they told us to leave that hostel... The Hostel is in VADAPALANI, Chennai, Anugraha ladies Hostel, Perumal Kovil Street, Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamilnadu.

I joined Uma Vihar Girls Hostel in Indore, Madhya Pradesh in July 2007. This was tha last year of my graduation and now when i am demanding my caution money of Rs. 6000, the hostel says it is mid year and no amount will be refunded.
Moreover, i am being asked to first fill their seat and then leave.. just a day back, two girls came to visit. this means thaeir is no chance that their seat will remain vacant. this is always done here.
kindly help me in the matter as soon as possible.

i want to do complaint about bad food which is provide in my hostel by paying huge amount of fee 80000/ thousand in a year , but then also my hostel owner is not providing good quality food .we were falling sick by taking this food . they use soda in rice to increase quantity of rice which is not good for health. kindly come and check the quality of food for which they promise during the time of joining hostel.

I am lodging a complain against Mr. Shanmugham the owner of Om Sai Guest care.

He charges 4000 per person for a Non AC room that accomodates 3 people
For a AC room he charges 5000 per person for a room that accomodates 3 people

To start with none of his hostels have any of the facilities he has mentioned on your website. He charges more than mentioned on the website ad. The security mentioned is just the husband of the house maid. The food providedis very less in quantity and girls who come late from office often get nothing to ate. There is no cooking facility. No tea coffee arrangements, No TV or cable. He takes money from girls saying he would arrange gas, or cupboards, but once he gets the money he never gets any of the items promised. The heights of his cheapness came when he gave me a signed cheque for the amount he owed me. The cheque bounced and he is not answering my phone calls after that.

Please stop his hostel chain for he is a Fraud and the Sulekha website gives him a chance to get new victims. Please take formal action if possible agaist this fraud.

I am staying in this hostel. They are getting 3700 per head. But not giving Receipt and also giving very worst food. if we asked about this they asked us to leave the hostel.Problem is not giving proper food, Not cleaning the rooms properly, not issuing receipt.Please help to solve this problems.
