Hi,
I purchased vps hosting on 22nd nov 2018 and they were saying they didn't receive payment.
I contacted my bank and provide them transaction id and they verified it.
But they did not provide me server information.
I talk with live chat people and they said sorry for inconvenience. Then i said, cancel my hosting and refund me. I will choose other hosting provider as it's been 24 hours and i did not receive server information yet.
They said okay, you can cancel from your billing portal and i asked them specifically that will i get full refund? They said yes.
Now after they forward the request to higher authority and manager also said sorry for inconvenience and give 60 to 90 minutes and they will provide server information on my registered email. I said no, i will go with other hosting and process my refund.
After that, another manager called me and surprisingly she said, server information was sent on registered email on same day. She was lying as i checked inbox as well as spam folder and i did not receive it at all. Even till today, i did not receive it. I think it is because order was not processed automatically and they manually approve my payment so server information might not be ready and never sent to me.
Now they are declining to give me refund even if they have 45 days of money back guarantee and i confirm with their live chat executive as well.
