Hosting Raja — Not working more than 9 days

Past 8 days we are struggling with these people to solve our server problem.they didn't fix the problem yet more than 9 days.per day we make call to their toll free number [protected] more than 10 times.and sent ticket more than 25/day... But no solution.we have proof for all complaints ticket number, chat details, every thing.last year also they cheated us by failed to book our domain name pixellor.com and they didn't inform us .and also they didn't return the money also. Now past 9 days they didt provide us services and all our clients firing us. FYI some of the technicians who attended our phone calls are sajeeth, rajmangal, we have many subdomain ffoe service purpos .all are down

I am CEO of vizkon technologies. Who was disappointed and cheated by this provider. I will post all relevant documents and evidence in all social media. So hereafter any body want any server provider don't think of hosting raja. I VL give all their poor service performance.
