I am Sachin Kadam and we were visited Manali last year in the month of May, 2023 and I have purchased membership from Mr. Vinay by paying amount of Rs 96000 through credit card EMI. He has given one voucher as well along with membership. After few months, I have as contacted Vinay and got to know that he left the organisation and he has given me customer care person Mr. Navneet contact number. I was connected with him and I informed him that how I can avail this voucher. He told me that I have to start the membership by paying Rs. 7999 and then I can avail this voucher. I had requested him that I will start this membership after availing this voucher but he was started arguing with me. I was trying to convey him that we will start the membership post redeem of this voucher but still he was refusing and asking me to start the membership. Then I was raised the complaint about this on consumer portal and got response there as company is not responding and I have to raise the complaint against company legally on consumer court.
