I had taken the membership in Mussoorie in Dec'22 during my visit. after that i have tried many reservations but i wasn't offered anything. Requesting all suffering members to group together and deal with them in a legal way....

On 10/02/2023 I was traveling in mussoorie with family. I was sold studio gold membership plan of hotel express india for Rs 150000 by Mr.Dev, Mr faiza and Mr saifi . Initially I was told that complete money will be refunded in case I am not satisfied with plan. However, later on once payment is done they refused the possibility of refund. Also, after that I tried many times to contact them but they never respond and no response from customer...
