Hotels.com — Request Refund of Full Amount

On 21st of Dec. we tried booking a hotel in Goa (Sea View Goa, Canacona), at 11:42 we received otp from ICICI Bank Credit Card, punched in the OTP but page became unresponsive. No intimation was received from either Bank or Hotel.com website (no sms and mails). In addition to this our booking was not available on Hotel.com site at that time. Since no information was received we booked another hotel via Oyo rooms. After one month when i received credit card statement, a hefty 21471 was charged for which we didn't stay in that hotel and no information was given.

I request Hotel.com to provide me full refund of that amount. The itinerary number was [protected].
