Dear Sir/Madam,
I have done a online purchase of Rs-1, 25, 330/- from www.housefull.co.in
on 13/08/2015, the promised delivery date was from 29/08/15 to
05/09/15, no product has been received as yet & there is poor response
from the company. There are lots of this firm being complaint of
similar manner on consumer forum - for cheating & sending wrong
product or old materials also.
The purpose of ordering the material was for mariage & time has already gone for the same. I had to buy from the local market.
The credit card payment has to be done on 29/09/2015, I donot have
sufficient amount for paying as I have spent double - by cash also. I
need all possible help for the case on priority basis as the amount is
also large.
I have already complaint by my bank hdfc comp no : [protected]. & I was told
to write the mail with all available details.
Such cases are increasing day by day & need for doing justice to the
consumer shd be a priority for all forum & banks. Pls solve my problem
as early as possible.
