    I completed an order on 23rd Feb 2016 but still have not received the item. Order number[protected]. I have emailed 3 times, and each time I have had a reply apologising stating that the item will be shipped that week, but still nothing received. Please refund me immediately as this is now 6 weeks for a delivery stated as 7-10 days.

    you have taken money from my wifes account without permission your address has been passed on to police and local authority for fraud

      I order a pair of beats earphones from this company 6 weeks ago they have not been sent out this was for a xmas present. I contacted them by email and was told I had to change the colour did that constantly phoning and I keep getting told they will be sent out tomorrow and you will receive them by the weekend. They are terrible please do not buy from them.

        I purchased an order online on 19th May. I received my order and 1 item did not get sent and I sent 2 back, 1 did not fit and the other was sent in a different colour to what I ordered. I phoned the customer service line and was told to send the items back with a return form. I requested a refund for the items. This was done on the 3rd June. I have a tracking number for this from royal mail. My order number is[protected]. I phoned a week later and spoke with a woman who said that someone would phone me the next day to confirm my returned items and the item that I did not receive. Nobody phoned so I phoned 2 weeks later, somebody answered but then hung up the phone. Tried returning call but no answer. I emailed later that day with all the details and what items I returned and not received and how much I expected from the refund. I received an email back from Natalie Reynolds who was apologetic and requested my tracking number. I replied with my tracking number and the time and date when my items were returned (went onto royal mail website). She replied 2 weeks ago to say it will go to higher authorities and she would contact me, but I've had no email returned. I sent an email last week to ask for an update but still no reply. I have sent another email today.

        I purchased a Ralph Lauren Polo Shirt from Brandsvillage. They were very quick to take the money from my account. I have e mailed and also telephoned but get no response. Avoid this Company at all costs.

            I ordered a white/cream Ralph lauren sweatshirt on the 8th dec said I would receive before Christmas - I emailed your company on the 27th to say where is my order Christmas is gone when will I receive it? Was told t would be sent out at the end of the week so I should receive t the week after still nothing! Emailed again on the 11th January to ask if I'm still getting it if not give me a refund. Still no response so I've emailed again today... Very difficult to contact via telephone I can't get through. I would like a full refund please. Order No[protected].

              .I ordered two things from you one on 3rd of Oct one on 9th Oct . it is now 6th nov and have still not recived either . The order numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Iwould be great full if you will look into these i have rung up half a dozen time to no avail thank you Julie Gravil.

                I had ordered a matte golden colour shoulder bag (branded) but when it reached they didnt allow me to open and check till the time I handed the money to them. When eventually I paid and opened the packet, I saw a horrible fake cheap shiny looking bag in some other metallic colour. When I told the guy that I didnt ordered this bag, he was like talk to the customer care and left. I kept calling/mailing them regularly but to no avail. They were like they do not have a exchange or refund policy and kept the phone down. I had a terrible experience with brandsvillage. Will request everyone not to buy anything from this fraud company. The cheap looking bag was never used and dumped somewhere in my closet. Seal this fraud company and make the owners go behind bars for cheating customers!

I have made a more than 200 calls to trace dispatch and then for my refund money but have no revert from brandvillage's team, i have also sent emails on your support id and since June every time when i call they just say "we will call you in 10 min " and disconnect the phone. Such kind of fraudulent practise will not be entertained and this is my final communication to you after which i will take strict action against your company.

                    I placed a order for a few cosmetics( nailpolishes and waxing kit) which amounted upto INR 1500 and it has been 3 months I havent received my order inspite of writing compaints to their customer support and now their website in.brandsvillage.com has disappeared!! It is totally a fraud website and such culprits should be found severely punished.

                      Thanks for the gift code but I will not be buying from you in the future. I paid a delivery fee for my order to be received within 7 working days and I've been waiting 16 working days! If anything I would like a reimbursement of the delivery fee.

                        I had ordered a dress from the website brandsvillage.com on June 28th 2012 Order Number:[protected]. full payment was done by cheque on july 2nd 2012. despite false promises and excuses today 3 months later neither have they refunded my money or delivered my product. There is no communication from them. they dont reply to emails, the customer care is always busy. I dont know what to do anymore ....

                          This is a complaint for my order[protected]. I have ordered two t-shirts from Brandsvillage.com website. They shipped it on the 23rd of July and I received the shipment on 27th of July. But once I opened the package I saw the T-shirts I bought did not have the same design prints and colour which I ordered. I contacted the customer care service on 27th July to let them know of the mistake and sent them photos of the items the shipped and those I ordered. The person told me someone is going to get in contact with me the same day but such never happened. I want a refund of my money and want to take actions for such fraudulent companies which takes customers for granted. There is a 10 days delay for refund starting from the day of the shipment and if they do not give any response to my pledge, then this delay is going to be expired and as such these people will tell me they cannot accept a refund. Such companies should have existed at first. Below you will find the products the shipped and those I actually ordered.

                            I ordered a CZ bangle from this website on 18th Aug, the website mentioned that the product will be delivered in 10 days. There was no intimation till 30 Aug. I made 20-30 phone calls and everytime they told me a new date of delivery. Finaaly I was told that the pdt will reach me on 19th Sep. I got a phone call from the company on 15th Sep stating that they cannot fulfill the order and hence they are cancelling the same and my money will be refunded within 3-4 days. It is 21st today and no money has been refunded yet.
