House Of Lehengas — selling different product than what was ordered | |||||
I had ordered a pair of anklets Order Number: HL[protected] on 23/06/2019 but I received a set of necklace and ear-rings instead on 30/06/2019 and when I requested to return the product and refund the amount which was paid by me this is what they have to say : We are extremely sorry that you didn't like the product and we could not meet your expectations. We will accept the return of the product but a nominal charge of Rs 150 will be deducted from the total amount for the order processing charges and the rest amount will be transferred to your Houseoflehengas Wallet which you can use in the next purchase. We request you to send your product by self-courier. So they wont refund the amount to the source from which it was paid and they want me to shop again on their website and get duped.Is this some sort of joke they are trying to play on me?I would like to get a full refund of the paid amount on my bank account from which it was paid. I ordered a order about one week ago a lehenga but a wrong product came. Please replace it or give me my money back.
