House Of Lehengas — Unethical behaviour | |||||
On 1st of july 2020 i have order pack of 2 festive wear kurtis, but i got the wrong product totally different which i have ordered, size was also not the same. i tired to contact them over phone they didnt pick the call bell was ringing sevral times then i mailed them Himangi answered the mail and asked my oder no and produict slip that was on package which we suppose not to take inside the society i throw that somehow she managed to get my oder details and latter she mail by stating that i have to send the products back to them and they will not refund the amount on my bank but wallet money will reflect on my account in their website as their website stated that hassle free return this the 2nd mistake .. 3rd then i sent the product back to them by paying extra 400rs to them. 4th they subtracted 100rs from my account which is reflecting in their wallet because they sent the product to me shipping charged they minus which again strange... 5th i had to use the wallet money so i ordered 1 more item before ordering i asked them several times that if the product was available then only sent otherwise let me know i ll not order the same... i clearly mentioned the product and size but this Himangi assured that this time i will get the right product ...again they sent me the wrong product size was wrong and design was also not the same... and they didnt reply after that... my humble request to plzzzz i want atleast other people should not suffer like me... plzzzz help thats their contact no. on their website [protected], email - info.[protected]@gmail.com PFA of the mails and product details.. with sequence Was this information helpful? | |||||
