They delivered a product(Queen Bed) that took them one month and that too damaged pieces almost all .But they agreed to replace 2 damaged planks with major damage and that too they took again one month but they sent wrong replacement pieces i.e. they sent same good pieces again but what would i do with 2 sets of good pieces as damaged parts are still not replaced . And now when I again complain, they don't pick call, if they pick too they hang up by promising to call back with resolution but never call back and don't reply to mails too.Please help me, I have ordered the product in March 25, 2014 and now its June but my issue isn't resolved.
