[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Damaged Product Delivered & not ready to take the product and refund the amount | |||
Dear Sir, I order from Houseful Furniture Housefull- Rajaji Nagar No. 729, 1st & 2nd Floor, Swarna Dhara Building, Modi Hospital Road, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560086 5- Door and 2 door wardrob on 20th Oct 2013. As per the promise the expected date of delivery was 23rd Nov but they kept on delaying and we have to make so many calls and atlast they delivered the product on 6th Dec and 7th Dec when the carpenter came to assemble the product. One of the Product was damaged and the other one was also with lot of scratches and not good quality. We called the customer care and informed the condition of the product and asked them to refund our money and take the product back. They are not ready to refund our money and says as per the company policy they don't give the refunds to the guest. Is there a way I get my money back and they take their product. I tried calling the customer care number (Mumbai Number ) so many times . The care center guys are too rude over the phone. They don't know how to talk to customer and they don't understand the concern. I know I have wasted my money by buying the product and lost the peace of mind. And the product what is assembled I don't think so I can use the same for even a day. It just lying at my place, we are even scarred to touch it.
Hence I have complained online, I thought some one will get back to me or at least other people will not face the same problem as I'm going through. I really want someone from Housefull to take their product back and refund my money.
