[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Damaged sofa delivered | |||
Dear Team, We purchased a sofa from Housefull Furniture in Dec 2013. Sofa was delivered however we noticed scratched on the sofa. We requested for a replacement since the sofa was delivered damaged. Sofa was taken back by the company, however they have not returned the sofa till date - 16/03/2014. Frequent calls have been made to show room and also complaints registered with the head office. There has been no reply from their end. Numerous calls have been made to follow-up, complaint still unresolved. Worth of Sofa - 26, 000 Was this information helpful? | |||
