Housefull Furniture — Housefull not refunding my money | |||||
I purchased kitchen cabinet from housefull against order#hfod00059 on 15th of may 2016 for rs8000. Till date they were not able to deliver the product, so i requested for a refund 2 weeks back. Till now i have not received my money whenever i call them they give excuse saying that there team will contact me but no one has contacted so far. On one occasion one of the representative told me that they dont have stock of kitchen cabinet, they are cheating customers by putting ads for which they dont have physical stock. Also when i initially purchased the item i didn't get any confirmation in my mobile or email saying that this item is purchased and will be delivered on so and so date. My money is stuck with them now and i am not able to do anything. Can you please help me getting the refund. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
