[Resolved]  Housefull Furniture — Newly purchased bed got cracks [Ridiculous Service by houseful]

Hi,
I purchased a Marvel Queen Bed on 7 th august and it has got cracked after few days. I tried to call the customer care number to register a complaint but it was never picked.

Following are the details:
Booking no: [protected]
HDC no: 1001/2013/2788
SKU:[protected]
invoice no: 201/3848

I have already given a complain regarding the issue earlier as well but it was never entertained. Complain no is : CC/2013/10/1521

Also since the entire bed is weak it has been broken completely. I have been cheated by the company and I would like to get the complete refund ASAP. Please help me..
