[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Non delivery/ no response

I purchased one book case and Study table from Housefull Furniture via online . I made the payment on 24th July, they committed the delivery around July 12th. But not yet they dispatched the product from their warehouse. When we call to their so called customer care everyday the call will be answered after 30-45 minus. But the irresponsible company people always tell we will get back to you in 30 minus/before 4 O clock like that but it never happened. 4 times they give blind commitments like will dispatch your product on tomorrow evening. But all these are lies.
I am planning to wait for 2, 3 days after that i am going to take legal ways
