I placed an order on 22 June 2016, the website displayed order will be delivered on July 6th, a week later as no response of a delivery courier tracking # came, I called the customer care which is the most ridiculous one i experienced, the female who picked up said it will be done on 9th july, and the way bill# will be send to me as soon as it is ready for shipping, I waited till 7th july, once again I called up, another rep Ashwini said that the order will be delivered by the 15th, i wanted to cancel the order, she denied to cancel it saying I have to email them, when I asked for a supervisor, she said he is in a meeting, I said I will hold for the supervisor, she rudely said she cannot keep the line on till the supervisor arrives. what kind of company is this which doesn't have the courtesy to inform the customer about a product or cancel it on request.
