Housefull Furnitures — Poor quality product and refusal of warranty within warranty period | |||
I had bought my sofa from Housefull furniture.com 7 months ago. However my sofa has started developing cracks and leather is tearing off at the areas where sofa has wrinkles on the arm seat and sitting area. However customer rep even without listening to entire issues, is calling it as regular wear and tear. But one look the product and it’s obvious it’s not regular wear and tear but manufacturing defect instead. I have requested them to atleast look at it and make a call themselves but instead they are talking about cost of repair. If a product develops some serious issues within warrant period should company replace or fix it. I am attaching the snapshots of the product, please have a look and see if it’s 7 months wear and tear or manufacturing defect. Was this information helpful? | |||
