[Resolved] Housefull International Furniture — Bad Product and declining Warranty Services | |||
Hello Sir, I have purchased a Double Bed Last year from Housefull Furnitures. As per the terms and conditions, the product was under warranty till 1st March 2015. On February 23 2015, I have reported some issues with the bed: 1. In one of the plank, the ply has burst open from one end automatically. 2. One of the side ply has started breaking from mid. On reporting the issue, I was told: 1. THe product is not under warranty 2. ALthough the defects are Manufacturing defects but still I am being charged a big sum of money 3. NOw their, customer care representative, also dont talk nicely. THey will neither transfer your call to Supervisor, nor will they try to provide you a solution.
