Housefull International Furniture — Cancellation and refund | |||||
Hello, I had ordered digital 4 seater dining table on the 13th of july. My wife had ordered the same item from another vendor due to which i had sent an email to [protected]@housefull.com on the 14th july requesting for the cancellation of the item. I received an acknowledgment email from shradda kadam from the same team on the same day informing that i'll receive a call from another team from housefull. Till date i have not received an call, i have been calling the customer care number provided on the website but every time i call the number reaches to a queue which never get answered. I called the number today also and lady picked the call and she disconnected without answering, y call. Please help me in getting my refund.
