I received a cabinet on 7th Sept which was cracked and broken.No one called for assembly for 5 days .After repeated requests the carpenter was sent to take the photo, which he immediately informed the customer care.Manisha told me that they are discussing the refund and within a day will get back to me.7 days passed and no response from their side.
Have again written an e-mail to Jagruti Saitavdekar and bd customer care on 1st Oct.No response.Really hurt by their attitude towards the customers post payment
