Housefull International Furniture — Making fool of furniture | |||
Hello People I had purchased one wall unit named Merlin FTV 906 WLL UNIT CAPPU and within 8 months the rack which is supposed to hold a photo frame turned sloppy and frame came down. On calling the customer care, they said since its almost 9 months passed they will charge to send a person to look at the matter. Their customer complaint supervisor Ms Swapnali has no manners to speak to customers and they go on singing their own tune saying it is not a manufacturing defect but a usage defect. Now if a rack is not holding a simple frame of less than 100 gm then how it is supposed to be called a wall unit and how come it is not manufacturing defect. Can someone brainy other than Ms Swapnali can explain...?? Thug people cheating customers will low MRP products, was planning to buy entire bedroom set but thanks now won't go ahead and also would like to urge people please buy something good although a bit expensive but don't buy anything from houseful.
