Respected Sir,
I Amit Biswas from Korba, Chattishgarh did have purchased 2 nos. of wrought iron beds for Rs. 16320 with merchant order no. 56331c6d0ddbb-91324 and Citrus order no. [protected] on 30/10/2015. On 27/11/2015 they confirmed they will not be able to deliver the product so they had initiated a refund which will be credited by 7 days, but after that whenever I call their customer care they ask for my detail and disconnect my call.
Sir, I want to request you to kind do the necessary to refund my money back.
