HDC no: 9959/2015/647 Booking No: [protected] Invoice No: 0101/8961 Invoice Date: Apr 11 2015 Invoice has charged and collected payment for two pieces of FURBY SOFA 1 SEATER CAPPUCINO SKU:[protected] and one piece of FURBY SOFA 3 SEATER CAPPUCINO SKU:[protected]. DTDC have deliverd only one single sofa unit instead of two. Housefull inspite of charging for 2 single units has dispatched only one unit, without assigning any reason thereof. Inspite of repeated emails and calls the company kept promising to deliver the remaining sofa and finally refused to either deliver the remaining sofa or refund the entire amount. I had ordered a sofa set consisting of 3 pieces to be used together and only got delivery of two pieces. Delivery of part order is infructious . All three pieces will not have the same wear and tear. I therefore request the company to to lift the pieces already delivered as they have no use for me and refund the full amount of Rs 36.090?- with interest for the eight months that they have held my money.
