This is to register a complaint against the services rendered by your Company. I had booked service request for 3 AC’s to be serviced on 25th March (1 split and 2 windows). One of the windows AC (Hitachi Make) is only 2 years old. While the technician was servicing (Ravinder ) he told me that Capacitor was not working and it will cost around 750 to replace it . I was ready to pay 750 then he gave me an offer that he can charge less if I agree to not it get it charged on the Invoice (I have proof that he charged me 500 extra while invoice given by him does not state that). Immediately after servicing there was an obvious noise to which he said this is normal and will go away in some time. In case of any problem he will come again and attend. Instead the noise kept on increasing, subsequent to which I called him the next day, however, after repeated calls he did not come. It was only after I threatened to a file a case he finally came. After checking it for some time, he said there is some problem with the motor. I told him that this voice was not there (if the voice would have been there I am sure it would have been highlighted as the technician checks the AC before getting it serviced. I got the complaint registered at Hitachi and they categorically said motor has got damaged as water has gotten inside the motor at the time of servicing. House Joy as I see now after my experience with them is a syndicate of goons who are after our hard earned money to make it thier quick money.
Their trademark : offering excellent on-time customer rip off services. Gets it right the first time, every time, finds a new bakra !
