Dear sir, This is with reference to the services taken from the house joy on 29th april'2018 with registered mobile no [protected]. Ac not working after wet services done. We have lodge a compliant but solution not provided since last 10 days. Then we have get the a/c check from the voltas authorised service executive and they have informed that during wet service pcb box has been damaged due to water flowen inside the pcb box, hence pcb box has to be changed which costing us rs 1750/- inculding visit charges. Due to fault of house joy non-expert this damage has been occoured. Please reimburse these expenses Was this information helpful? | |||
