Housing.com — Fake property details, fake owner, money fraud

I was looking for a flat for rent in Baner, Pune. I contacted one of their dedicated professionals (Baldev Kumar Kaswan mob - [protected]) mentioned in housing.com based on pictures of house uploaded. They sent me more pictures of home over what'sapp. When I asked to visit, he told me to pay 2000 amount first for confirmation which will be refundable if didn't like the house. So they give me the bank details named "Nilaman" for transferring the money.
I paid 2000 and then he told, our visit manager will call you. I received the call from manager(Akhilesh mob - [protected]), he told to transfer 8065 to generate the visiting card which is also refundable.
After transferring 8065 he told that you did wrong payment, you need to make a payment in two parts 8000 and 65.
So I did one more payment of 8000. After that he told that card is not generating we need to pay more 12, 000 which will be refundable with your previous all transactions.
While transferring the 12, 000 money is not transferring, so he gave me another bank details named "Sumit Kumar".
After making these 4 payments(Total amount - 30, 071) he told me that when I am trying to refund your amount our system showing that more amount is refunding than the your actual amount transferred to our account, so you need to do one more transaction with that increased amount to get your all amount(i.e. 30, 071)refundable.
When I refused to transfer more amount he used foul language and it’s confirmed to be a fraud.
