I spoke with one Vikas Gupta (housing prime agent) today for apartment on rent in Lotus panache, sector 110, Noida. He confirmed the price, security amount, brokerage fee that was mentioned on the housing.com site, after confirming the price on the call we went to the said location but he retracted from his words and quoted an amount which was much higher from the amount mentioned on the housing.com site.

A broker registered on housing.com took the advance after a flat was finalized. Then he cancelled the deal and gave the flat on rent to other party. We wanted to shift on 20th Feb and he informed on 15th Feb about cancellation.

We want compensation and action against such brokers.

I have very bad experience with housing.com. people from this company call you till the time you don't buy their premium membership. They called me 5 times before I do payment and shared personal number fir any queries. Once I did a payment, they didn't share any tenant details. They don't even pickup the call. They are just making money from people's need. I want my money back.

Broker has taken the money through online payment but they have not given keys and they are not answering my calls and phone is also switched off i want to take legal action as soon aa possible

I have taken owner assisted package. They are disconnecting my call and not sending any tenent. They are not receiving call in the call centre. My RM is not receiving my call. What is the use of taking the package. They are not at all treating me as a customer. They are avoiding me. Is this they way a customer is treated. If they are not intrested then they have to refund my amount. Why they are cheating me. They are not at all cheating the customers and also illtreating the customers. Why the have opened the company just to cheat the customers and illtreat the customers. U have to take serious action against them. Why they have kept the customer care no. I have joined Housing.com on 16th Sep 2020 as an agent and my ID is 7453.I had worked for 10 days in Sep 2020 and followed all instructions given by the company & attached all the feedback forms with audio clips and proper format. When Iam facing any problem I use to contact my seniors with screenshots. But on 15th Oct 2020 I got message in group that salary will be credited at night between 9 to 10 pm but when I have checked my account there is no credit from Housing.com (Not a single penny) My humble request to honorable kindly pay me appropriate amount as per norms because it not only gives a negative impact to company's reputation & society. No one will be ready to work with this company if they will not be paid. I have given my precious time & sincere efforts but unfortunately if the customer is not ready to share his confidential information with us then it is not the fault of the Agent. He is working & you can hear Audio clips. So, Kindly take my request on priority basis & do the needful.

And given address is also fake and he had taken 3080 rs through UPI for payment transaction ID

I called him around 1000 times and he hardly attend call he is not Attending call.

Every time he is giving same assurance but never give any date for photo shoot.

Please ask Umang if he can not provide service then you should file him immediately because he is spooling your company image.

I mailed several time to your support team but every time getting auto response only.

Now i really shocked today when i get connect customer told that my request of photo shoot has not been forwarded to concerned team.

I made rent payment of 93000 RS in housing.com, owner not received payment . When I am contact housing.com they said money deposited to owners account, I sent owners bank statement also, money not credited in owners bank account .

Who is responsible for my money .. worst Service housing.com .. I lost my money in this covid situation ...

I have paid the rent for july month to landlord 20000rs by credit card but the payment process was failed due to incorrect account no. Keyed so i was trying to connect with customer support for the refund process and i have mailed to housing.com regarding this issue but i didn't get any support from any customer service since past 2 days. My transaction i'd is [protected].

I saw a 1bhk appartment in mohali sector 70. I liked it, so i entered the no.in order to let the broker contact me. I received the call the next day. He said that the room was available, but in order yo get it booked i’ll have yo pay immediately within 15 minutes because he had another party who was interested. I payed the amount. He said that the room was going to get vacated on june 24th, 2020. When i called him on the same day, he said that the room is no longer available. So, he’ll return the money. Since then, i have been calling him every day and he has a different excuse every time. I still haven’t received the money.

Hi i visited to housing.com, they option according to the budget and location every thing is ok once the otp comes to mobile number they will agent name or area member padmaraonagar, warsiguda, nallakunta once agent sairaju goud his mobile number [protected],
We will call to his number one time second time, third time he will not respond properly, and we will think he will call u back no responding properly and rudely talking., my suggestion kindly remove the worst person immediately or sack him immediately or u can u call to him with unknown number how he will speaks not responds properly if he responds speaks very very rudely or if he lift the call he will say his having lunch., after lunch he may call u thing but he never calls u very rude and un educate person

Through hosing.com broker vijayakumar contacted me.. He showed a flat for rent in sobha marvella society in bellandur, bangalore. He took 25000 as token money to book the flat. After 1 week we find out that he lied about the flat, the owner was not going to rent the flat, he was going to sell the flat. We asked him to return back the money he took, he is not returning.. Whenever we are asking he is saying tomorrow for sure but he is not doing that..

Be aware from real estate broker priyanka chaudhary. She is a fraud, her contact no is - [protected]. She has listed many properties in various popular real estate sites but all's are fake. She has a big nexus with caretakers of many properties of noida & greater noida, she introduce care taker as the owner of the property & also they were talked with the customer like as the owner of the property, if customer satisfied with the property & also with the terms and conditions. They will ask customer to pay advance atleast one month rent for the booking of the property, if customer do so than he/she will never get the property as well as his so called booking amount. Every time customer will called them for the property or the advance money, everytime they will give the customer various excuses. Priyanka has also cheat me 20k like that. There fore i would like to request all the customer to be aware from this cheater.

Two sales representatives, named as Muneer & Sanil approached me for selling project listing packages. They took 1.34 Lacs for running campaigns for 50 projects in Bangalore, for which they promised me to give relevant leads for my projects. In the 1st month 4 listing were active and to my surprise they sent around 70 contact nos of random people. The contact nos were of plumbers, carpenters, security guards, people who never enquired for any property etc . Not even a single lead wanted any property. After complaining several times, these two people started disconnecting my calls. Whenever I asked for refund, they are saying we dont have a policy for refund. They didnt give tax invoice for the amount I have paid neither they are responding.

Please be aware of housing.com & especially these two sweet spoken people Sanil & Muneer.

Please help me get back my money from these fraudsters.

I posted an ad on facebook for a bachelor's accommodation vacancy. Immediately after that, i received a message from housing.com saying confirm your interest for your post on facebook and by mistake i clicked that link. Now it's been more than two months and i daily receive at least 100 calls regarding interest in property, hair transplant, ivf and what not. I even sent housing.com a complaint. I have never used their services, but they still had my email and number in their database. It's really annoying.

I was a free member of housing.com, i got 5-7 leads post which my leads were not showing and i was asked to become a paid member, i contacted housing.com customer care and they refereed me to deepanjan of kolkata branch, he commited me that he will get the account activated for me and will get all the musked leads, now after payment is completed he is saying that i will get leads from the day i become paid members, the earlier leads wont be delivered to me, this is miss selling and nothing else, want a deactivation ofd the account and total refund.

I started my journey with housing from june 2018 when i took a 6 month package which was very impressive which leads me to go for a one year pakage for the project "atulya" in january 2019 which was also going well enough then the things started going wrong when in the same year in april 2019 i purchased a new pakage of one year duration for the project"g4"

I received an invoice for one year pakage but then you broke your commitment and given me two option i. E to take refund or two decrease the tenure to 9 months, then also i go for the later one but all the leads which i was getting from atulya pakage were 90% same i got for the g4 pakage i didn't understand why would i have gone for the second pakage for a different project when i am going to receive same leads.

And then worst start happening when i start getting previous leads (The leads i got in february march april)

I was given a limited budget from my company to put into promotion and i trusted you, for that i regret as the higher management keep on questioning me.

Now atlast i wanted to say please make the remaining tenure fruitfull so that i could go for a renewal and plan for new project packages.

I am regularly receiving calls and SMS from Property dealers and come to understand from them that they have been provided lead from Housing.com
Really bad as I have not registered anything nor I know this Company. I am not even interested in buying any property.
They are just selling random numbers to Property dealers mentioning as a database of potential clients. It's a fraud and strict action should be taken against them.

I have not registered on housing.com neither i have appointed any one to upload any of the pictures or details in housing.com. Still i don't know who has registered fraudulently on the website because of which i am receiving continues calls from costumers. Even the rates presented on the website are wrong because of which we have to say no to the costumers as well as we don't have any such dimension flats as mentioned in the website. Please look forward to it and take strict action.

I'm receiving so many calls from realestate brokers, i have not registered in housing.com nighther i have shared my contact details, however i'm getting calls from brokers, and they say they got my contact details from housing.com.

This is serious issue, and housing.com should update there database.
They should send an email or contact there customer quarterly and check if they are still looking for property. If they do not have this facility then can use email or sms service to update there database.

Dear concern,
Reference our telephonic discussion regarding my service for lead generation for *godrej nurture*. We already paid the amount for mentioned service. But after 15 to 20 days of payment, i still not received any response which committed by your executive (Mr. Piyush.).
Requesting you please refund my money as soon as possible. We are no more interested to do business with you.
