Rent paid on 19th Feb but the amount not credited.

A broker registered on housing.com took the advance after a flat was finalized. Then he cancelled the deal and gave the flat on rent to other party. We wanted to shift on 20th Feb and he informed on 15th Feb about cancellation.

We want compensation and action against such brokers.

I have very bad experience with housing.com. people from this company call you till the time you don't buy their premium membership. They called me 5 times before I do payment and shared personal number fir any queries. Once I did a payment, they didn't share any tenant details. They don't even pickup the call. They are just making money from people's need. I want my money back....

Broker has taken the money through online payment but they have not given keys and they are not answering my calls and phone is also switched off i want to take legal action as soon aa possible...

Really bad as I have not registered anything nor I know this Company. I am not even interested in buying any property.
They are just selling random numbers to Property dealers mentioning as a database of potential clients. It's a fraud and strict action should be taken against them....
